Hi! My name is Tom and I’m a Pastry Chef based in New York City with a passion for creating and sharing approachable, everyday recipes. Currently I work full time as a Private Chef and Cake Designer! After years of working in professional kitchens, I started this site to share my own recipes and hopefully make baking feel a bit less intimidating and much more enjoyable.
